Last week there was no blog post, there was not much time to sit at the computer… We posted ten-week pictures on the N litter's page, but it never came to any blogging.
When the kittens are at this age – soon ready to leave home – it is noticeable that they begin to become their own individuals and develop their personalities, they are more individual than one in the litter. Now one of them can suddenly come to us in the kitchen, lie down on the floor next to us and beg to be petted. It's more like an adult cat's behaviour. They are all three very cuddly and want such moments with all our attention.
Last week the cousins and uncle of our family visited us for a few days. They are all cat lovers and the cousins – 8 and 11 years old – deals with the kittens in the very best way. We had a good laugh one evening when Oliver was playing with Nelson in the play tunnel, Nelson really loved it. When it was time for supper for the kittens – they love the wet food they get morning and night – Nelson did not even have time to finish eating until he rushed back into the living room and straight into the tunnel. Like a small child who immediately wanted to go out and play again after the meal!
They are growing so fast now, starts to get a little like teenagers in the body and get big ears! Nisse has always been a little smaller than the others, but at eleven weeks of age he nevertheless weighed 1 300 g which is a good weight. Nellie weighed around 1 480 g and Nelson is the largest and weighed approx 1 550 g. They are wonderful to hold, it's hard to stop hugging them!
You can find the 11-week pictures at N litter's page.
