This week, we are on vacation and of course we long home to the cats quite a lot, but we get daily reports from our grandparents who live by us and are cat-, house- and garden watchers – and more. They are more than a little curious now – kittens words, and not the cat watchers – so you have to watch out where you put your feet. We got a funny photo where grandfather opens the refrigerator door and immediately are joined by small family members.
Grandma and Grandpa are the perfect kitten watchers – the little ones and their desires take precedence over everything else. As in this picture, where grandfather sat on a chair with the kittens playing around his feet. When they fell asleep, and used his feet for pillows so he had to remain there…
The small are trained to be brushed and get plenty of socialization at home. In good weather they have been allowed to sit in a lap outside and feel what it is to smell the fresh air.
Ida was visiting one day and took the opportunity to photograph the babies so we could get some photos to publish in this blog. It was not easy to photograph because kittens are so incredibly helpful,.
