Now the R litter got to move into the living room. It was a fun adventure! There was plenty to discover, and it also meant that they got access to some new toys – like a play tunnel. They were a little skeptical about it for about half an hour, but now they love it.
Now they have started to purr a little more. Before, it just happened to happen every once in a while, but now you notice that they purr when they enjoy being cuddled with. We have great weeks ahead of us now!
The other day when we got home we looked for the kittens for a long time without finding them, then we got worried! Where had they gone??
It turned out that they had climbed up from the kitchen sofa into the kitchen window and, after spreading soil from the pots all over the window sill, had fallen asleep in a pile there in the window. So cute! After that we have found them sleeping there several times, sometimes all of them, sometimes one of them.
This weekend we had visitors on both days, we always like that so that the kittens get used to different people. Last Saturday, Rino got to meet his future family and especially his girl Jasmine. Rino and Jasmine liked each other very much, he will have a great time with her and the family! Jasmine brought toys for the kittens, they have been having a lot of fun with them ever since.
Today, Sunday, we had some families here – including three children under the age of two! It was high life for the kittens! Great practice with all the sounds and movements, and lovely for the children to enjoy the little cute kittens with the soft fur.
Nowadays it only happens a few times a day that the kittens nurse from Nellie. It's crowded but they can fit. They eat so well from both dry- and wet food, so mother's milk is probably mostly to get a cozy moment.
