Oh how cute they are now, our darlings! Looking back at past photos, it really becomes clear that a lot happens in a week!
A little earlier than we had thought, the kittens have now moved out into the kitchen. We had actually intended to wait another week or so, but Nellie moved them out herself a couple of times so it was just as well they got there…
It's lovely to have them there, because we are in the kitchen a lot ourselves. We just have to watch carefully where we put our feet, the kittens aren't that big yet! But they are completely clean and very spacious, so getting more space wasn't a problem.
Every night when we weigh the kittens, we also make sure to take care of their paws, brush the fur and other things that are good for them to get used to. This week they had their claws cut for the first time, it was no problem to do.
Now they eat both wet food and dry food with good appetite, they gain weight nicely. Mother Nellie, grandma Embla and big sister Penny also like the kittens' wet food a lot, so we have to keep them away until the kittens are full…
