Now, finally also Ellen's G-litter is born! Four babies, seems to be four boys. Just this that it is boys makes Lasse happy, we now have a total of seven males in F- and G litter and Lasse is otherwise very lonely about this here in the house. A wife, two daughters and four female cats otherwise… 🙂
Back to Ellen: The groundwork for the birth took rather long time, in ten hours she lay struggling before the first push came. I do not know who was most frustrated – Ellen or I. Then she pushed for nearly three quarters – and then came the first baby. Next one came three minutes after that, so I guess they were trying to get out at the same time and it was what had been a bit difficult. All four were born an hour later, so then it felt good! Ellen is a really great and experienced mom, and the babies are all strong, happy about food and completely wonderful! 🙂 G litter has its own page, there you can find information but still no photos.
Tova's F litter is three weeks today. Oh, so much fun life is for them now! They want to explore the world (they do not yet know how big it is…) and have during the week done their best to learn to look over the edge of the nest box. Figaro is our escape artist, he has learned to get over so now they get to practice being outside the box. The tail straight up and a bit sprawling legs – a wonderful sight! The others are happy that Figaro arranged this for
them. Of course, probably the very best moments are when you can cuddle with mother Tova!
There are now three-week photos of the kittens on F litter's page. I don't write any colors of the kittens yet, I have of course my notions but I wait to write this until I feel more confident. If you who are reading this feel more confident than I do, please let me know what you think!
Men vad roligt. Congratulations!
